This website describes Oceafin capabilities, product entry points, service processes, and use cases. Website content does not promise that any account, payment, exchange, card, wallet, acquiring, or digital-asset service has been activated for you. Available services depend on registration, identity review, business review, risk assessment, agreement acceptance, partner configuration, and what the platform displays.
Account registration and eligibility
You must provide true, accurate, complete, and updated registration, identity, business, transaction, and contact information. You must protect credentials, verification codes, two-factor devices, API credentials, wallet authorizations, and account permissions. Oceafin may accept, reject, suspend, restrict, or terminate account and service capabilities based on applicable law, partner rules, internal policies, and risk judgment.
Identity review and compliance information
To provide account opening, global remittance, FX exchange, crypto exchange, MPC wallet, card issuing, fiat and digital-asset acquiring, and related services, Oceafin may require KYC, KYB, source of funds, transaction purpose, beneficial owner, controller, authorized representative, wallet address, counterparty, Travel Rule, KYT, or other supporting information. Incomplete, inconsistent, unverifiable, high-risk, sanctioned, suspicious, or unsupported information may delay, reject, restrict, suspend, or terminate services.
Accounts, remittance, and payment services
Bank account opening, deposits, withdrawals, global remittance, collections, FX exchange, payment links, POS collection, refunds, reports, and statements may be affected by currency, country or region, bank route, channel state, review result, limit, fee, working day, holiday, network condition, third-party processing time, and compliance requirement. You should verify beneficiary, bank account, wallet address, network, currency, amount, fee, rate, order description, and transaction purpose before submission.
Crypto exchange and digital-asset risks
Digital-asset prices may fluctuate sharply. Liquidity, quotes, fees, and execution results may change quickly. Blockchain transfers are usually irreversible once confirmed, and wrong wallet addresses, networks, memos, tags, or recipient information may cause assets to be unrecoverable. Network congestion, fee changes, node problems, smart-contract vulnerabilities, chain attacks, private-key risks, KYT results, Travel Rule requirements, sanctions checks, and partner rules may delay, reject, freeze, return, or require follow-up information. Oceafin does not provide investment, tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice.
Card issuing, MPC wallet, and acquiring services
Card issuing, virtual cards, physical cards, company expense, MPC wallet, fiat acquiring, digital-asset acquiring, payment links, POS, and refunds may depend on account type, review result, merchant industry, transaction scenario, region, partner institution, and risk rules. Some transactions may require additional review, limits, reserves, chargeback handling, or settlement-cycle arrangements.
Fees, rates, and quotes
Service fees, transaction fees, network fees, card fees, acquiring fees, refund fees, exchange rates, spreads, received amounts, and settlement amounts are determined by platform display, confirmation page, agreement, statement, bill, or transaction record. FX and crypto quotes may expire and need to be refreshed.
Prohibited use
You must not use Oceafin for unlawful, non-compliant, high-risk, or unauthorized activity, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, illegal gambling, illegal securities or derivatives, scams, pyramid schemes, intellectual-property infringement, human trafficking, drugs, weapons, ransomware, dark-web activity, unlicensed financial services, fake transactions, cash-out abuse, or any activity that violates applicable law, partner rules, or platform policy.
Service changes, suspension, and termination
To protect accounts, meet compliance obligations, follow partner requirements, handle risk events, maintain systems, or improve services, Oceafin may adjust service scope, features, limits, fees, review process, or service regions. Abnormal login, suspicious transaction, inconsistent information, misuse, regulatory request, or partner request may lead to suspension, restriction, freeze, or termination and may require additional information.
Liability, intellectual property, updates, and contact
To the extent allowed by law, Oceafin is not liable for indirect losses caused by market volatility, third-party processing, bank or blockchain delays, system maintenance, force majeure, user-submitted errors, credential exposure, unauthorized device operation, or breach of these terms.
